How to book an apartment?

– On the home page, select the dates of your stay.
– Choose your apartment
– Fill in the form of reservation with your personal information

After the validation of your reservation, you will receive an email with details of your booking.

Booking confirmation

In order to secure your rental, it requires a down payment of 1 month rent (rent+ fees) (or 2 (two) months, depending of the type of flat) within the 5 days.
The down payment will be paid per bank transfer to:

Your reservation will be held for 5 days. After 5 days, your option on the apartment is voided and the availability of the apartment cannot be guaranteed.
A return e-mail will confirm your reservation.

How to pay the security deposit?

A security deposit will be required. This security deposit covers the apartment for damages and theft.
The amount of security deposit equivalent to 1 month rent+fees.
The deposit will be paid per bank transfer at least one week before the start of your stay.

Rent payments

They must be paid following the payment schedule.

Terms of cancellation

If you cancel your booking 30 days before your arrival, amounts paid will be refunded to you.
If you cancel your booking less than 30 days before your arrival, amounts paid are not refunded.
Cancellation should be made by email, cancellations by phone are not admitted.

Check-IN / Check OUT

Arrivals : Arrival is handled at the apartment from 3PM.
All our studios are equipped with code locks. Your own will be given after your booking confirmation.

Departure : The flat must be free at least at 11AM.
The apartment should be cleaned by the tenant before check out. This one must be left in the same condition in which you found it.

Use of the premises

Once the rental contract has been signed by both parties, the tenant agrees to comply to and respect the following rules :

• The apartment is for personal use only. The apartment is not to be used for professional or commercial activities of any kind.
• The apartment will be occupied by the signatory of the contract and by the people accompanying them and not exceed in number the occupancy indicated in the apartment description.
• The tenant and his accompanying occupants agree to not make noise or otherwise disturb other tenants and agree to respect the rules common to the building. Should the tenant ignore the rules of the building, they engage their sole responsibility.
• Nor will Rentaflat-brussels.be be held responsible for neighborhood nuisances. In case of an inappropriate behavior of the tenant disturbing the building’s peace, an amount of 300 € could be taken from the security deposit and the rental contract might immediately end without reimbursement of the remaining days.
• The tenant will be financially responsible for any intentional or accidental damages occurring during their stay.
• Rentaflat-brussels.be will not be held responsible for cuts in water, gas or electrical service, or theft or damages involving the tenant’s personal effects.
• The tenant is required to leave the premises in the same condition in which he entered them, and to free them from any personal things. Should this clause not be respected, the tenant allows the agency to proceed to the necessary works. The expenses incurred will be deducted from the security deposit.
